Delivery Method
Stellar designed and built an office complex for Allstate Insurance (formerly American Heritage Life Insurance Company). The first of the multi-phase project required office space, including a kitchen capable of feeding 600 and a cafeteria that seats 200. Stellar later built two additions. Construction materials consisted of a consensual structural steel frame, architectural precast panels and an EPDM roofing system.
