As part of a multi-phase renovation effort, Stellar is leading the transformation of an existing distribution center into a modern storage and logistics hub to support the MCBH Exchange and Annex. Phase 1 includes the full deconstruction and removal of outdated racking, mezzanine structures, stairs, decking, lighting, and the existing fire sprinkler system. The team is redesigning the fire suppression and lighting systems to meet current code and accommodate a new warehouse racking layout. Additional scope includes structural modifications, installation of hydraulic surface-mounted dock levelers, and upgraded electrical systems to support expanded loading operations. Once complete, the facility will serve as the central storage and distribution point for the base’s retail operations, enhancing logistics efficiency and functionality.
