Wiki Wiki Marine Mart (Wiki, meaning "quick" in Hawaiian) is a new building of masonry and steel with slab on grade construction. The building has an area of approximately 10,700, single story, square feet. The Marine Mart includes a painted masonry exterior, stucco radius entry feature, and a TPO roofing system. Operationally it includes a large sales floor, walk in coolers, walk in freezers, and a beer cave. In addition, it has a dry goods storage area, Managers office, food service line, food prep room, break room, and Men's and Women's restrooms. Other service areas within this building include a barber shop, Panda Express, and a third space build-out as a white box for future tenant use. The site has accommodated a drive through for the Panda Express space and has covered outdoor seating as eating space (tension fabric shade structure).
