Stellar completed a comprehensive renovation of 11 beachside guest cabins and the main Administrative Lobby Building at the Pililaau Army Recreation Center. The project encompassed full interior upgrades, including new wall assemblies, HVAC equipment, electrical and plumbing fixtures, flooring, and detailed finish enhancements such as painting, accessories, and custom signage. Our team also refinished existing cabinetry and furniture to create a modern, cohesive aesthetic throughout the property. Accessible cabins received targeted ADA-compliant improvements, including reconfigured spaces, upgraded tile, grab bars, accessible shower seating, updated bathroom lighting, new closet doors, and under-cabinet dimmable kitchen lighting.

Executed in strategic phases, the renovation required careful coordination with ongoing inspections and strict adherence to government standards. Stellar provided full self-performance project management, safety oversight, and quality control through both the design and construction phases, ensuring every cabin and the lobby were completed to the highest standards of comfort, durability, and user experience.
