Stellar completed a comprehensive renovation of the Quantico MCX, modernizing both the retail and warehouse areas. Interior upgrades included new flooring, fresh paint, ACT ceilings, and the installation of an ADA-compliant lift and material lift. Restrooms were updated to meet current ADA accessibility standards, improving comfort and usability for all patrons.
The project also featured a full EPDM reroof, providing enhanced durability and weather resistance. In the warehouse, a new conveyor system was installed to improve merchandise handling and operational efficiency. This renovation enhances the MCX’s functionality, accessibility, and long-term performance.
