Stellar delivered full design and construction services for a new 290,000‑square‑foot dry and refrigerated distribution facility in Livermore, California. Originally built for Alliant Foodservice and now owned and operated by US Foods, the facility supports extensive foodservice distribution operations across the region.
The project includes multiple temperature‑controlled environments such as freezers, coolers, and refrigerated docks, along with office areas, welfare spaces, and supporting site work and utilities. As a fully integrated design‑build partner, Stellar provided architectural, engineering, refrigeration, and real‑estate–related services to meet the client’s operational and efficiency goals.
