Stellar designed and built a greenfield, low-temperature distribution facility featuring material handling, office and welfare areas, machine and mechanical rooms, receiving and shipping truck docks, warehousing, a battery-charging room, a convertible freezer area and a racking system for bulk storage. Stellar also provided refrigeration and building envelope services for the facility, which includes -10°F to -20°F freezers and 20°F to 40°F coolers.
